Last updated 17 October 2026
Agreement
By registering, enrolling, joining or otherwise using iiaait.org, you agree to these terms, the Exam Rules and Policies and the Privacy Policy. The Exam Rules and Policies set out fees, membership, corporate membership, refunds, retakes and certificate validity in detail.
Your Account
- Register with your real name, as it should appear on certificates, and an email address you control.
- One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Registration is free and does not expire.
Enrollments and Exams
- An enrollment opens once its payment is confirmed and covers the exam attempts and period set out in the fees.
- You take every exam yourself and follow the exam rules.
- Exam questions are confidential. Don't copy, record or share them.
Membership
- An annual membership renews automatically for another 12 months until you cancel the renewal.
- Membership discounts every course enrollment. Certifications and enrollments are not affected by membership status.
- Full membership terms are in the Exam Rules and Policies.
Corporate Accounts
- Only members can create a corporate account. The account contact acts for the organization and is responsible for its payments.
- Full corporate terms are in the Exam Rules and Policies.
Payments
- Prices are shown on the site before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
Content and Credentials
- Course guides, study guides, exams, badges, seals and certificates belong to IIAAIT. Course guides may be downloaded and printed for personal study. Study guides are for the enrolled candidate's own use. Don't resell, publish or share them.
- Your certificates and credentials are yours, including after you leave an organization.
- Your name, credentials and membership status are shown on the verification page to anyone who checks them.
- IIAAIT may withdraw a credential, or end an account or membership, if these terms or the exam rules are broken.
No Guarantee
IIAAIT certifications show that you passed an IIAAIT exam. They do not guarantee employment, promotion or any outcome. The site and its content are provided as is. IIAAIT aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limit of Liability
To the extent the law allows, IIAAIT's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. IIAAIT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
Changes to these terms are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
