How It Works
Create the Account
Anyone can open a corporate account.
Add Your People
Enter each person's name and email. Existing members join at no charge; everyone else becomes a member.
Choose How Courses Are Booked
You enroll people yourself, they enroll themselves, or they request and you approve.
They start
Paid by card, a course opens straight away. Paid by invoice, it opens once the invoice is paid.
What Each Person Gets
- Their own account, course access and exam attempts.
- A membership: a member number, a member badge and an email signature.
- Credentials in their own name, which anyone can check at iiaait.org/verify. Credentials stay with the person if they leave.
What You See
- Everyone you've added, their course progress, and the credentials they've earned.
- When each membership and credential is due to expire.
- Invoices and receipts for every payment.
Payment, Renewals and Changes
- Pay by card or by invoice. Invoices are emailed to you and paid online.
- Your company becomes a corporate member, with its own member number and the badge and website strip shown above, while it pays for at least one membership.
- Memberships you pay for run 12 months from the day each person is added, then renew on your account unless you stop them.
- For people who joined with their own membership, your company pays from their next renewal, and their own renewal is cancelled.
- Renewal reminders go to each person and to you.
- Stop renewing someone's membership at any time. It stays active until the end of the 12 months paid for.
- If someone leaves before starting a course they were enrolled in, you can move that enrollment to someone else.
